Do I need to register an account to order?
Yes, you cannot place an order if you did not register an account on our website.
Is my item secured?
All orders placed before the Deadline of Order (DOO) will be counted. However, we advise you to place your order and settle your payment as soon as possible to secure your slot. In case that the pre-order items will be sold out before the end of the pre-order period, we will inform you and process the refund only if applicable.
What are the advantages of preorder?
The advantages of pre-order items are the pre-order benefit that will be given depending on the albums, artist, and management. The usual pre-order benefits are posters, postcards, and photo cards. If the customers purchase within the pre-order period, a pre-order benefit will be given, but it is depending on the situation. Sometimes, pre-order benefits will not be given due to limited quantity during the pre-order period. However, please be reminded that after the release date, pre-order benefits are no longer available.
When can I place an order?
All pre-orders must be placed within the Deadline of Order (DOO) and must be paid within the Deadline Of Payment (DOP) for us to know the total quantity that we will order.

We accept Gcash, Paymaya, PayPal, major credit, and debit cards as payments. For credit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and AMEX. For debit cards, Visa and Mastercard only. Do you accept partial payments?
It depends. If the order description has mentioned a 50% downpayment, it means that we only allow 50% downpayment for the specific Group Order.

Can I change my shipping details?
Yes, shipping details can be changed until we pack your orders. If you fail to inform us before we pack your orders, we will not be held liable for any incorrect shipping information you provided on our website. In consequence, you will shoulder the necessary fees once the items have been returned to us.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide except for the restricted area.
Can I change my orders?
Orders can be changed up until the given Deadline of Order only. Once we placed the orders to the website and/or the supplier, the slot is already secured therefore we will not allow any order changes.
Can I cancel my orders?
Strictly no cancellations, but in case you want to cancel we need a valid reason and you need to pay cancellation fees as stated in our terms and conditions. The cancellation fees are 200.00 for unsealed while 500.00 for sealed.
Can I combine the shipments of my orders?
Yes, please take note that the shipping fee might increase due to the weight of the products.
Can I change the mode of payment after placing an order?
Yes, any mode of payment stated on our website is available as long as you attach the proof of payment via email so we can verify it.
Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an automated payment confirmation via email regarding the payment status of your orders.
Can I combine the payment of my order?
Yes, as long as you have a payment breakdown of your orders.
Can I change my mode of delivery?
Yes, you may change your mode of delivery only until the items arrived at our PH address.
Can I pay for the Local Shipping Fee (LSF)?
Yes, you may. Please be reminded that the shipping fee is subject to change due to weight or volumetric weight. In case that an additional shipping fee may apply, your parcel will be on hold and we will collect another shipping fee before we ship out your orders.
In case of any missing/incomplete items, would you issue a replacement/refund?
It depends upon the situation. For sealed, we will not be held liable for missing items if the albums were given to you in sealed condition. Meanwhile for unsealed, please provide an unboxing video of your items to be eligible for a return. The video must start from unwrapping the outer packaging to opening the items. Strictly no unboxing video, no return nor exchange. For return, the products must be unused and in the same condition that you have received them.
Are your products official?
We assure you that our products are official from South Korea.
Will my album purchase in your shop be reflected on the charts?
Yes, our Korean suppliers are members of Oricon, Hanteo, and Gaon charts.
Are the Pre-order Benefits (POB) secured?
Yes, we order within the pre-order period to secure the pre-order benefits. However, it may not be given depending on the situation. Sometimes. pre-order benefits won't be included due to limited quantity production issues with the manufacturers abroad.
Are you open to card pooling?
It depends on the group order. In case that card pooling is available, we will post the details during the pre-order period.
Are you open to version pooling?
Yes, but it depends on the Group Order.
When is the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) when I order?
It usually takes 6-8 weeks from the ship out date under normal ETA, while 1-3 weeks under fast ETA.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
As of the moment, we do not accept COD to avoid bogus buyers and RTS parcels.
How much is the Shipping Fee (SF)?
The shipping fee depends on the courier, weight, and location. It usually starts at 150 within Metro Manila, while 250 in provincial areas. For worldwide shipping, it depends depending on the weight and your location.
What is the shipping method?
As of the moment, we only have Abest, GOGO Xpress, J & T, and Shopee checkout upon request. We also have Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, and TOKTOK for the Metro Manila residence and the CALABARZON area. Our partner courier is DPX Philippines.
What is the tracking number of my order?
The tracking number is issued once we shipped out your order. You will receive a shipment notication via email including the tracking number once the package is dispatched.

It depends on the customs of the destination country. Customs investigate shipments randomly and we, (7 Days Collection) cannot intervene in customs issues in other countries. Don't worry, we put low prices on the customs declaration sheet that is attached to the package to avoid customs issues. However, if the customs tax is charged in your country despite lower prices, it should be paid by the recipient.
Can I book a Lalamove, Grab, Mr. Speedy, or TOKTOK rider to pick up my orders?
Yes, we will notify you via email if your items are ready for pick up. However, please inform us before you book a rider to prepare your order/s in advance.

How long does local delivery take?
It usually takes 1-3 days within Metro Manila while 7-10 Days for the provincial areas. Please expect delays due to COVID-19 precautions in your area. For worldwide shipping, it depends on the destination.
Can someone receive the delivery of my purchased items?
Yes, as long as the person authorized to receive the delivery package at your address has a signed authorization letter and your actual valid ID. In that case, he/she may receive the parcel on your behalf.
What happens if a package is Returned To Sender (RTS)?
These are the common reasons for items is returned to sender:
If the parcel is RTS, we will charge the buyer for another shipping fee before we ship out your package.
What happens if my items are damaged?
All items are cross-checked before we ship out. We usually separate damaged items and we ship out items that are in good condition. We tried our best to pack the albums with utmost care to avoid any damages. We ensure that the products are packed safely and securely before we ship out. We know how much your product means to you and we make sure it's delivered to you the right way. Once we hand the items to the courier, the responsibility is no longer on us. Our responsibility ends once we shipped out the items with the courier. Mishandling of your package is out of our control. In line with this, we will not be held liable nor can we issue a replacement or refund for this case. Rest assured that we will assist you in the best way that we can to resolve this matter with the courier.
Do you accept a meet-up?
No, we won't accept meetups for the safety of everyone due to COVID-19.

Video call event or fan sign events is where you can have your album signed by the artist, get to interact closely, and talk to them. The video call or fan sign event applications are during the pre-order period, during promotions, and after promotions of their new album. The criteria for video call or fan sign event applications might depend based on the album retail store or the company. All of the video call or fan sign events require you to purchase an album to get a lottery entry. Most video call or fan sign event applications are lottery entry-based. One album = one entry. The more albums you buy, the more chances of winning. However, an individual who bought 20 albums has also a chance to win over someone who bought 100 albums since most video call/fan sign events are lottery-based, but it depends on the group and your luck!
How can I enter a video call or fan signing event?
For video calls or fan sign events assistance, please e-mail us at 7DaysCollection2020@gmail.com and include all the necessary information such as the Group, event applications, album details, and quantity of your orders. We will quote the price including all the necessary fees such as shipping fee to our Korean address, bank charge, transaction fee, and the international shipping fee in the Philippines. Prices are all in excluding the customs tax if applicable and Local Shipping Fee (LSF) to your address.
I have a Korean address, but I want to join the Video Call Event, is it possible?
Yes, KR to KR shipment is possible. Please let us know if you wish to ship out your order to your Korean address.
Yes, it's possible. For video call event, you have an option if you want to receive the items and let us know if what will do with the rest:

2. Sell the albums/items and the earnings will be for the donation project for the next comeback
