If the items were given to you in sealed/new condition, we will not be held liable for any production damage that may occur such as CD is not working, torn or detached pages, dented photocards or postcards, and incomplete or missing inclusions.
We are not liable in the event of any loss, damage, mishandling, and delay of the orders due to international and local courier issues.
Returned parcels due to wrong delivery information of customers or no one receive it.

In the rare case you received a wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us via email and we will shoulder all the necessary fees.
Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy:
You only have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it.
Your item needs to have proof of purchase.
For sealed, we will not be held liable for missing or incomplete inclusions as well as damaged inclusions of your orders if the albums were given to you in sealed condition.
Missing inclusions for unsealed items are eligible for replacement only if you provided an unboxing video of your orders. The video must start from unwrapping the outer packaging such as bubble mailers, boxes, bubble wrap, until opening the items. Strictly no unboxing video, no return, and no exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your items must be unused and in the same condition, you have received it.
If your exchange item is approved, we will notify you via email regarding the items.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your items after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your Gcash account or your original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
