Please carefully read the following terms and conditions:
1. PLACING AN ORDER
1.1 After you place an order, you will receive an automated email including your personal information, your orders, and an invoice.
2. PRICING
2.1 Prices in our shop are quoted in Philippine peso and payment can be accepted worldwide. However, prices may vary depending on our supplier and cargo. Please expect that FAST ETA via Air cargo has additional payment.
2.2 The price you pay are including your product and/or packing materials such as poster tubes and boxes will be added to the total price of your purchase, only if applicable.
2.3 We try our best to sell our products at affordable prices. However, we cannot guarantee that it will always be the case. Prices may vary depending on the products and prices provided by the suppliers and manufacturers in Sourth Korea.
3. DEADLINE OF ORDER
3.1 We accept orders of the ongoing GO within the given time only unless otherwise stated.
3.2 If you want to avail of the said GO some other time, please wait until our announcement regarding the next batch and/or email us so we can put your name on the list.
4. DEADLINE OF PAYMENT
4.1 50% or 70% payment is accepted depending on the Group Order within the given Deadline of Payment to secure your slots. However, the remaining balance needs to be settled within the given DOP. Otherwise, your order will be canceled and the downpayment is non-refundable.
4.2 Full payment must be paid on or before the Deadline of Payment to avoid cancellations.
4.3 Extension of payments is allowed, but you must have a valid reason.
4.4 We accept combined payment with the condition that you will provide the payment breakdown of your orders via email.
4.5 In case you don’t pay for your orders during the DOP period, you will be marked as a bogus buyer. Also, we have the right to post any information submitted by the bogus buyer on all our social media accounts.
4.6 A late payment fee of 20php/day may apply if you fail to settle your balance within the given DOP.
5. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
5.1 Pre-orders have a strict no-cancellation policy. All orders placed during the pre-order period are already secured.
5.2 Strictly no cancellations once you place an order, it means that your orders are already included in the headcount.
5.3 We have the right to allow the cancellation fee since you wasted our time, effort, and money. a cancelation fee of 50% of the total amount you ordered from us will apply and you won't be listed as joy reserver on our social media platform. Failing to do so will automatically block you from our shop and will be posted as Bogus Buyer.
6. CHANGING OF INFORMATION/MODE OF DELIVERY
6.1 Changing of information and mode of delivery is allowed only until we pack your orders.
6.2 For changing of details, please email us immediately with the subject line: CHANGING OF INFORMATION/MOD/
6.3 Once we ship out your order/s, we will not be held liable for all the information you provided during checkout.
7. ESTIMATED TIME ARRIVAL
7.1 Please take note that the Estimated Time of Arrival is subject to change without prior notice. Items are shipped through sea cargo unless stated otherwise
7.2 When an item is under NORMAL ETA, it means that items may arrive within 6 to 8 weeks upon the ship out date in South Korea.
7.3 When an item is under FAST ETA, it means that the package will be shipped to the Philippines within 1 to 2 weeks after the ship-out date in South Korea.
7.4 7 Days Collection will not be held responsible nor shall be obligated, to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to any delays that are beyond our control.
8. DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION
8.1 Shipping rates may vary depending on weight, dimension, and location.
8.2 Combined shipping is allowed only if both items are available on hand or you are willing to wait for your orders to arrive.
8.3 In case you are not available to receive your parcel during delivery time, please inform any of your family members to pick up your parcel for you, and/or you can pick it up at the nearest branch in your area to avoid hassle for you and couriers.
8.5 All items are thoroughly checked before shipment. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, damage during shipment is no longer the responsibility of the 7 Days Collection and will not be covered by the store. Also, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. Choose your courier wisely!
8.6 The outer case or outbox is just for protecting goods. Any scratches and discoloration on the case can not be the reason for exchanging or returning due to international shipping.
8.7 In case of delays, please contact your respective courier with your tracking number.
9. RETURNING PRODUCTS AFTER SENDING
9.1 Each product sold in our shop is guaranteed in good condition and original from South Korea.
9.2 If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact us via email regarding this matter to resolve the issue.
9.3 In case of return due to wrong delivery of an item, 7 Days Collection and its management must be responsible and must pay the shipping fee for the return. However, if the return is due to the buyers' reasons the shipping fee must be shoulder by the buyer.
10. DAMAGED ITEMS/MANUFACTURER DEFECT
10.1 7 Days Collection and its team are not responsible in the event of any loss, damage, and delay of the order due to international and local courier issues.
10.2 Once you received the parcels of your order please make sure to do a clear unboxing video for us to prove that the item is damaged. Otherwise, any filed complaint without an unboxing video will be invalid.
10.3 In case of damages on your item/s please file a complaint to your respective courier directly.
11. OTHERS
11.1 Please do manage your expectation for unsealed albums since mostly are pre-loved in South Korea. Preloved means that it has been previously used and there could be any imperfections such as dents, damages, minor scratches, and discoloration as a sign of usage.
11.2 We have the right to block impatient and rude buyers showing unacceptable behavior towards the 7 Days Collection management.
11.3 Buyers sending fake receipts will be posted, reported, and blocked from our shop.
11.4 Buyers threatening the shop and its management will be automatically blocked and reported to the respective government officials.
11.5 Buyers who make a defamatory statement will be sued accordingly under the defamation law of the Philippines. Defamation Law
11.6 7 Days Collection responsibility ends once the item has been shipped.
11.7 It is the buyers’ responsibility to keep themselves updated about the status of your order by checking our mass updates throughout our social media accounts and on our website.
11.8 If the buyer is minor, please inform your guardian before purchasing any products to avoid conflicts.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions for buying products from our shop. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms and Conditions via email.
